Static, is an independent, underground skateboarding video series originally started in 1998 by videomaker Josh Stewart. The series showcases underground street skaters from under-exposed areas with a heavy focus on style, atmosphere and texture. With 6 full length videos now making up the series, Static has come a long way but still remains focused on underground skateboarding in the urban environment.
